App vs. Browser: Why Choose Our deposit App
The deposit app performs faster than the browser version because it caches data locally—odds, game rules, player profiles—on your device. This means the app loads instantly even if your connection is slow. The app also sends push notifications when your favourite teams play, when odds shift on major markets such as Champions League, or when your withdrawal is processed. Browser users must check their account manually. The app uses less mobile data because it does not reload the entire page each time you tap a button; it refreshes only the content that changed. During peak periods such as Idul Fitri or Piala AFF tournaments, this efficiency keeps you responsive while thousands of other users are active.
Offline Access on Your deposit Account
The app stores your recent transactions, account statements, and game history offline. Once you reconnect, all new bets and deposits sync automatically. This is valuable during tournaments when network congestion occurs.
Device Compatibility and System Requirements
Our deposit app runs on Android 7 and later and iOS 12 and later. Most phones from the last five to seven years meet these requirements. If your device is older, the browser version of deposit works on any phone with a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage space for the Android APK and a stable internet connection—WiFi or mobile data with a signal strength of at least 3G. The app uses minimal battery; background sync is optional and can be disabled in settings. If you experience slow performance, check your available storage and close other apps running in the background.
Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If you cannot install the deposit APK, first check that you enabled Unknown Sources in your Android security settings. Go to Settings → Security or Privacy, find Unknown Sources or Install Unknown Apps, and toggle it on. Some devices also require you to grant file-system permissions; if you see a permission prompt, tap Allow. If your browser shows a warning when downloading the APK, this is normal—it is just a security check. Tap Download Anyway or Keep to proceed. If installation still fails, try downloading the APK again or clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry. For iOS, if the web-app does not appear on your home screen after tapping Add to Home Screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that your iOS version is 12 or later. If the web-app loads slowly, toggle airplane mode on and off to refresh your connection, then try again.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security on deposit
When you install the deposit app, it requests permission to access your device's storage (to cache data), network connection (to communicate with our servers), and notifications (to alert you about bets and withdrawals). These permissions are necessary for the app to function and are standard across all mobile apps. We do not access your contacts, photos, or calendar. All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS, the same standard banks use. Your password is never stored on your device; only a session token is saved, which expires when you log out. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your deposit account settings for extra security. 2FA requires you to enter a code from an authentication app or SMS when logging in from a new device. This prevents unauthorised access even if someone obtains your password. Always log out when you finish using deposit, especially on shared devices.
